It is an incredible honor to be invited to join the Retirement Advisor Council, the invitation-only industry group with the top advisors in retirement plan consulting. 

The Retirement Advisor Council is a national organization that advocates for successful qualified plan and participant retirement outcomes through the collaborative efforts of experienced, qualified retirement plan advisors, investment managers and defined contribution plan service providers.

I was invited to join the Council several years ago, and this year, in an election of my peers, the other advisors in the organization selected me to serve on the Executive Board representing the Advisor College. 

This Press Release from March was posted to several wire services at the time, but it dawned on me, as i preapred to fly to Minneapolis to begin my term, that many of my friends and colleagues may have not seen this release. 

I am honored to be included among these other Plan Fiduciary Advisors, many of whom I have looked up to for years.

And I am humbled by their vote of confidence in having me serve in this capacity.
